About Randi

I've been where you are — and I know what works.

When I started my career in real estate, I learned quickly that I could either spend time, or I could spend money, and I didn't have much of either! To make matters worse, I had moved from another Country and my husband was foreign too. I had two small children and a dog. I had to figure this business out, NOW.

It was from this place of need that my system was developed. I didn't have time to waste with clients who weren't serious or didn't respect me and I didn't have money to throw away on garbage leads and poor conversions.

Using these exact principles, I grew my real estate business from the average 5 transactions/year that most agents do, to 60 in just 3 years. If I can do it, you can too. So lets get started!
